Where it began

My time in the Army shaped how I see the world - how I approach problems, how I follow through, and how seriously I take the responsibility of delivering for others.
The standard
Long before the Army, there was my grandfather.
The man standing next to me in that photo wasn't just family - he was the standard.
He taught me what hard work looks like. What integrity means when no one's watching. And how kindness isn't weakness - it's strength under control.
He's no longer here, but what he gave me never left. It shows up in how I work, how I lead, and how I treat people.
Twenty years in
Strategy earned through real experience.
Over the past 20+ years, I've taken that foundation and applied it to marketing - combining traditional principles with modern tools to help businesses grow the right way. From producing major conferences across Las Vegas, New Orleans, and Phoenix, to creating content across three continents - every chapter added another layer of perspective and capability.
I do extensive due diligence before recommending any strategy or tool. If I bring something to the table, it's because I know it works. Tried and true matters to me - because when it counts, it has to work.
