What we collect, why, who helps us process it, and how to have it deleted.

Last updated: September 14, 2026

JJM Agency LLC (“JJM Agency”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is based in Phoenix, Arizona. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit jjmagency.com, chat with James (our AI assistant), take the ROUR Assessment at rourai.com, or use the JAMES client platform at app.jjmagency.com, and how that information is used and protected.

Information we collect

When you browse jjmagency.com. The site has no sign-up or contact form. We collect standard analytics (pages visited, referrer, device and browser type, approximate location) through Google Analytics, and our servers keep ordinary request logs.

When you chat with James. We process the messages you type or speak so James can answer.

  • Conversations are held in memory for up to two hours so James can follow the thread. They are not saved to a database, and you can clear one at any time.
  • Email addresses and phone numbers are automatically removed from what is kept. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
  • We use your IP address to apply usage limits, and keep a count of requests per IP address that resets daily.
  • If you use the microphone, speech recognition is performed by your browser, and your browser’s provider (for example Google or Apple) processes that audio under its own terms. We receive only the text.

When you take the ROUR Assessment. You give us your business website and email address, and optionally a phone number and a challenge you would like help with. We also record your IP address and browser type to prevent abuse. To build your assessment we review publicly available information about your business, such as your website, search listings, Google Business Profile, reviews and public social media profiles.

When you use the JAMES client platform. Clients provide account details and business content, and may choose to connect third-party accounts such as email, calendar or social media. When you connect an email account, the platform stores the mail it syncs so JAMES can work with it, until you disconnect it. Access tokens for connected accounts are stored encrypted and are used only to perform the features you turn on. Client work is also governed by your agreement with us.

When you email or call us. We keep your message and contact details so we can reply.

How we use your information

  • To answer your questions and show you relevant parts of the site.
  • To create your ROUR Assessment, email you the link to it, and let our team follow up about your results and our services.
  • To provide client services and the features of the JAMES platform.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the site and deliver our services. They process information only as needed to perform their function for us:

  • Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI and Google (Gemini): AI models that power James and generate assessments and sample content.
  • OpenAI also provides James’s voice. Only James’s own replies are sent to be voiced, never what you type.
  • Resend: email delivery.
  • Google: Analytics and Tag Manager (site analytics), Fonts, Calendar (booking a call), and PageSpeed Insights (assessment performance checks).
  • Tavily and Apify: search and public business-profile lookups for assessments.
  • Vercel and DigitalOcean: website and server hosting.

Videos on the site use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and load only when you press play. Booking a call takes you to Google Calendar, where Google’s privacy policy applies.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and similar technologies

jjmagency.com does not set its own tracking cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to measure visits. Advertising storage and ad personalization are turned off.

The site uses your browser’s session storage to keep your current chat with James while the tab is open. rourai.com uses local storage to remember an assessment in progress for up to seven days, so you can return to it.

Emails

If you take the ROUR Assessment, we email you the link to your results, and our team may contact you about them. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying or emailing support@jjmagency.com.

How long we keep information

  • James conversations: up to two hours, in memory only.
  • ROUR contact details (email, phone and the challenge you shared): 12 months for completed assessments, 30 days for assessments that were not completed.
  • IP address and browser type from assessments: 30 days.
  • Assessment report pages: available for 12 months, then deleted.
  • Client platform data: for as long as you are a client and as your agreement requires, unless you ask us to delete it sooner where we are able to.

We may keep information longer where the law requires it or to resolve a dispute.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is wrong.
  • Delete your information, including your ROUR Assessment and its report page.
  • Stop contacting you.

To make a request, email support@jjmagency.com from the address you used, and include the website you submitted if it concerns an assessment. We will confirm when it is done. Clients can also disconnect connected accounts from the platform at any time. Disconnecting a social media account deletes its stored access token. Disconnecting an email account deletes it and the mail synced from it.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encryption for stored access tokens, role-based access, and secure cloud infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care with your information.

Assessment report links

Your ROUR report is not listed or searchable, but anyone who has its link can open it. Share the link only with people you want to see it.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
