Case study

Bulldog Winch

A long-term growth partnership with an off-road recovery brand and the national retailers that stock it.

One connected growth system replaced a scattered marketing footprint — and the retailers started seeing measurable customer action.

First full month of measurable results. These are different kinds of measurement and are not directly comparable to one another.

Figures are reported from the platforms named against each metric and have not yet been independently re-verified. A separate, later August 2026 reporting period exists and is held back from this page: it measures different things over different windows, and combining the two would mislead. No revenue or return figure is claimed.

The challenge

Bulldog Winch had already earned its reputation in the field. What it did not have was one connected marketing system. Campaigns ran in parallel without a strategic spine, so effort was spent without compounding.

What JJM did

  • Unified paid and organic into a single coordinated architecture instead of parallel campaigns
  • Built a reusable creative library so one effort produced assets for every placement
  • Pointed the whole system at what retailers actually needed to sell through

What changed

The brand reached far more of the right people, and the activity started showing up as behaviour rather than impressions alone. Just as importantly, the reporting became honest enough to act on: when one platform's numbers looked inflated, the spend behind them was paused rather than celebrated.

Most businesses do not need more marketing. They need the marketing they already pay for to work as one system.
